What we are working on
Hikari
Screening software for recruiters. It reads the CVs, prepares the call, builds the write-up for the client, and records what the client decided.
And it shows you what your client has actually done: every yes, every no and every reason, beside the ranking it gave you. Hikari holds the AI’s score, the recruiter’s score and the client’s decision, so it can tell you whether a score was actually right.

- The software informs. The person decides.Nothing is sent, rejected or actioned unless a person tells it to. Every suggestion is there to be taken or ignored.
- It withholds rather than guesses.When there is not enough evidence to say something useful, it says so. A confident number invented from two data points is worse than no number.
- It marks its own homework in public.Our tools measure whether they were right and show the customer the answer, including when the answer is unflattering.
- It judges on evidence.Not on who someone is. Tested for bias every week, and the results are published.
Who we are
Recruiters from Google, Meta, Amazon, Shell, BP and Reuters, people who have run agency desks and executive search, engineers from Apple, and marketing from Diageo, Dr Martens and H&M.
We could not agree on very much. We agreed on this.
